Deposits:
Room Deposit - this deposit covers damages, cleaning and participant conduct
8-hour Rental - $250 deposit
16-hour Rental - $300 deposit
Alcohol Deposit - $300.00 - this deposit is in addition to the room deposit, security charges and room rental fees. It is required for all events at which alcohol will be present. *See Security/Alcohol Note below.
Both deposits are fully refundable if all contract obligations are met.
Rental Fees:
Monday – Thursday
- 8 hours (minimum) - $385.00 per booking
- 16 hours (8:00a-11:59p) - $525.00 per booking
Friday – Sunday & City Holidays
- 8 hours (minimum) - $770.00 per booking
- 16 hours (8:00a-11:59p) - $1050.00
Non-Profit Rentals:
Monday – Thursday
- 8:00am - 4:00pm (Holidays Excluded) - $50.00/hour - renter may be required to provide proof of non-profit status.
- $100 deposit required
Add-ons:
Bridal Room Rental - $50.00 -Rental of the Bridal Room may only be added to an existing room rental request.
Extra Hours on Rental- $100 per Hour (Any Room)
Room Reset Fee- $100 charge per reset if staff is requested/required to make changes to the table and chair layout after the room has already been set as directed in the rental agreement.
*Security/Alcohol Note:
A City of Bellmead Police Officer is required to be present at any event at which alcohol is sold, served and/or consumed. No exceptions. Please contact Lt. Jonathan Grisham, Bellmead Police Department, at jgrisham@bellmeadtx.gov or 254-799-0251 ext 6337 to request security and complete your security agreement.
Security fees of $50 Per Officer, Per Hour is charged by, and paid directly to, the officers providing the security service. There is a minimum charge of four (4) hours. Any additional hours are allowed at the discretion of, and upon written approval from, the Bellmead Police Department. Your actual alcohol time window will be reflected in your signed Security Agreement. The Auditorium will require the presence of two (2) officers for all events requiring security. The Lions Room and the Senior Room will each require one officer per room
Amenities:
No Charge for Use of Room Projector, Wi-Fi nor Use of Shared Kitchen
*Deposits must be paid in full prior to the reservation being approved. All rental fees are due at least two weeks prior to your event.
*Additional information is provided within the Civic Center Rental Policy. Upon staff approval, your rental request will become your contract. Please read it carefully.
