Facilities

This rental is for the PAVILION at Lions Park ONLY.  It does not include any tables nor portions of Lions Park Baseball/Softball Complex.  The park will remain open to the general public. You will have sole access to the pavilion designated in the rental agreement, however the public will have access to other areas of the park to include playground, basketball court and viewing areas.

Ensure that setup and cleanup times are included in your reserved time. The reservation will not be complete/held until the deposit is paid in full. Deposits may be paid online or in person at the Civic Center. Credit Card Payments will not be accepted over the phone.

Rental Rate is $15 per hour. 

There is a 2 -hour minimum on all rentals.   

There is a $100 cleaning and damage deposit required.

Deposit must be paid before reservation will be confirmed.  Rental fees are due no less than seven (7) days prior to your event. Payments may be made online or in person at the Bellmead Civic Center.

Notice Concerning Alcohol

Alcohol is strictly prohibited in Bellmead City Parks without written authorization from Parks and Recreation. Please call 254-799-2418 Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm to discuss security requirements and request approval.
